I have not seen retail windows 8 yet. From what I can tell MS is eliminating the retail software license for OS, (leaving oem-only full installs) and releasing cheap upgrades to win 8 pro. Which I would assume is what the OP has listed for sale. $40 US on MS website btw, you can buy up to five keys at this price--so far I have bought two myself.

Tis a bit expensive that considering you can gt the upgrade at half of that cost going direct to Windows and upgrading. Friend just upgraded his for less than $50 so little over priced just for a key.
Also what version is this for is it student,Retial,OME,
then the actual system its self ie basic pro ultimate etc.
