Looking to partner up and use this PokerMavens 4.00 Poker Server. It is $500 for the newest release ($250 if you have previous version as i do) I have the highest option which is Gold.
It has an API that would allow for some customization and adding side games and other features

The Gold version has all the same features as the Pro version but with the ability to remove or replace the Briggs Softworks branding in the HTML client. In addition, the Gold version includes both 32-bit and 64-bit editions, supports SSL encryption, and can play with fractional chip denominations as small as 0.01.

Windows XP or later (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012)
Internet connection or TCP/IP local area network
Two ports opened to players through local firewall and forwarded through a router if necessary

HTML5 compatible web browser with WebSocket support: IE 10+, FireFox 11+ (Windows/Android), Chrome 14+ (Windows/Android/iOS), Opera 12.1+, Safari 6+ (Mac/iOS)
