I heard that in the colder regions of the tower used for space heating. There is no problem in the fact that it is cold outside. A room in which are my installation never gets temperatures below zero Celsius. Also in this room is always low humidity and therefore in the towers there is never condensation.

Had asics in a freezing shed, minus 3/4 centigrade last winter. No problem. Bear in mind you're kicking out multi-kw of heat, so anything enclosed will heat up fast. Test it with a fan heater first if you're worried.

-35 Celsius would be the coldest, but the rigs works as heaters as well so I hope it won’t get all the way down there

running computer's hard drive in the temperature lower 15^ not recomend, change your hdd to flash drive or ssd.
Also all wires on very cold temperature will become rigit

LOL my ambient temps in winter time abot 27-28'C ,so I will run with aircon

I am currently running my rigs in an unheated space. I'm hoping that even if outside temps get down to below freezing there won't be any issues with the rigs seeing as how they put out enough heat to keep the surrounding area well above freezing. I may build an enclosure if necessary.

LOL! Well, during the summer I definitely fun the fan over my gpu rig and now that it has cooled off I don't need it so I can turn that off to save some $$$fan money.
But I do run mine in a basement which has really cold temps in the winter so yeah, "unheated space" just like you. Frankly, I haven't seen any issues. The temps are still in the 60's sometimes high 50's.
I think you'll be fine as long as you are in a "space". Just remember that when it gets hot again you might actually need some airflow. I know I did!
