So we had some odd issues with one of WireIT's rigs, but he fixed the problem right away and fully compensated while neither of us were sure on how much mining was actually done.

I am fully satisfied and vouch for amazing customer service and the service itself

10/10

I will be back in the future. Fully recommended.

One of the cards froze up on me. It's back up now and I've added on a couple hours. I'll also point another card at it for a while.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

hey, currently renting a rig from you, seems to be running 1mhz under what you have it advertised at, can this be looked at? 36 hour lease. (HashIT01)

Edit:

hmm..My pool seems to be showing 1/2 of the rated speed, not sure what end this is on.

2nd Edit:

I haven't seen anything above 2.5mhz(on your 5mhz rig) via pool since I started an hour and a half ago. PM'd you also.

Hey WireIt, I rented Hashit01 today for 12 hours and my pool is showing about 1 MH less than leaserig is saying it's putting out. I'm not sure if it's a pool problem or a miner problem but I figured I'd let you know. Thank you for your time and keep up the top-notch service.

I just rented your rig and everything is getting rejected. Can you help me in anyway or give me a refund?

You would have to tell me which rig you rented or your email so that I know which one your talking about. I can see someone rented ProxIT02 for an hour and had problems at first. Was this you? The history shows solid hashing right up until the rental and at some point during the rental went back up and has stayed solid.

When the hardware is working and all you get is rejects, it's usually bad pool info.
Yes that is me. Could you email me instead of posting on here? My email is the n**l****[email protected] the one that rented the rig for an hour

Hi Wireit,

 How are you?

I'll be hiring today for 4 hours. It's the first time I use the services LeaseRIg, I believe it is the only place the information pool.

I checked the posts below, I saw that you were always quick to respond and helpful, that way it will be a pleasure working with you.

Thank you.

WireIT,

I rented your rig 2 or 3 times and I can honestly say that you have a top notch miner, my friend.

If anyone is in doubt about renting, don't worry. This rig is solid, stable and fast.

Thanks.

Not a problem!

Thanks. I appreciate that. I changed pools entirely multiple times, not just pointing to different coins on the same pool.
I rented your rig the other day for 6 hours without problem and I really liked it. Thanks for being a standup operator. I will be renting again.

So, your rig wouldn't connect to any pool I put in for at least 15 minutes, even though the pools were up and responsive. Finally accepted a pool after many attempts and wasted time. Can I get any time of refund or compensation. Only rented your 5Mh for an hour, but lost a lot of time due to nonresponse. Thanks for your help. Please email or pm me.

It's hard for me to say whether the problem was my rig or your pool. I do know that my rig (and rigs here that are not on LeaseRig) has not been down at all when mining on my own pools. The stats on LeaseRig show when there is a problem, it's during a rental period. I do know that LeaseRig is looking into the ability to eventually show a log of pool status and rig status to help show which was at fault including improper customer supplied pool settings.

The fact that all my rigs have been mining all day without intervention except the one rig randomly up and down for your pool would suggest it was in fact your pool, BUT while that really can't be proven, I'll refund you for your 15 minute loss.

I rented another rig sha256 in sequence and the same thing occurred.
I'll edit my previous comment. I apologize but after the second I saw that rent is no problem of instability or anything else with the rig.

Sorry.

Said to have 1.6th / s but not enough 1.3th/s and is oscillating between 800gh/s and 1.2th/s...

The 72 hour graph shows it was more then likely your chosen pool.

...Looks like the image link isn't working... I'll check on this when I get back so you can see the graph, but it shows a steady line around 1.6Ths except during your rental period. Non rented and rented by other customers stay around the 1.6...

Leased the PROXIT02 on LeaseRig.net for P2Pool mining, but both pool connections show as down.   Undecided
(stratum+tcp://ny.proxypool.doge.st:9666 & stratum+tcp://sf.proxypool.doge.st:9666)

I'm just now able to login due to password issues on LeaseRig that just resolved with Miaviator's help...

Were you able to find a pool that connected? I see some up's and down's in the history, but no 0Khs flat lines...

Hi,

Just rented your rig for 12 hours but im only receiving 4.1k khash for almost an hour know instead of 5.3khash that ive paid for, kindly check your rig. Sad

The panel shows you only rented for 6 hours which also happens to be the longest option we have for that rig...

As to the Hash power... Looks like even though 2 of my gridseeds are reporting a hash rate, they're also not showing accepted shares.

I've pointed another GPU at this rig to bring the khs up, extended your lease for 1 hour, and I'll credit you 1/5 of your payment to cover the 1/5 khs loss for the first 5 hours of your 6 hour lease.

Thanks for bring this to my attention!!!

my apologies  i maybe confused of the time preference. kindly detail me on how ill receive the 1/5 credit? btw thank you for extending. TIA . thumbs up for the support will surely rehire next time Smiley

Seems to be p2pool not (currently) supporting full stratum+tcp connectivity to the level needed by LeaseRigProxy.

I tried a couple of other rigs --- the LRP rig could not use p2pool , the non-LRP rig could with a random user name and password.

Looking into how this can be fixed in p2pool

Hi WireIt....

I'm more than happy mining through Slush's pool ; but would love to work out why using a P2Pool node didn't work --- can you give me any hints (log errors?) on why this didn't work for me ?

The only messages we are getting are:

Quote
Pool connection established:  212.48.71.154:9332
Pool failed to authorize: 212.48.71.154:9332

I assumed that it would be an invalid worker/pass, but I'm not too familiar with p2pool. Have you verified your credentials?

Was Trying to use this rig against both P2Pool and Slush's pool --- both were being reported as down.

WireIT stepped in and corrected my pool configuration soon after I posted a message for help.... many thanks.

Hash rate is very close to that advertised and well within expected variances.

WireIT also extended my lease time to make up for the time I had lost during the 'dead' period; thanks guys Smiley

We had the LRP for ProxIT02 (scrypt) crash on us, but we caught it almost immediately. Right after, we had to reboot all of our rigs. Down time was only a few minutes, but we credited the current renter 2x the down time.

We will be bringing ProxIT02 down sometime tomorrow (when it's not rented), and will be doing some maintenance, as well as adding 2 more rigs. ProxIT02 will be moving from 21.8MH/s to 27.0MH/s.

Thanks for renting!

I've been watching the hash rate closely, and like you've seen with your pool's stats, it's just an issue with the way it's reported to LeaseRig. djeZo gave me some tests to run that I'm gonna try today. (these are all headless rigs so I'll have to move some KVM equipment in there)

As far as HashPower, ProxIT01 (SHA256) will be upgrading from 720Ghs to about 1100Ghs in about a week.

ProxIT02 (scrypt) will be moving from the current 18.2Mhs to about 21.5Mhs probably later today, and eventually hit about 22.5Mhs.

I have more AMD R9 280x's coming in, but I haven't officially decided if I want to add to my rigs or keep selling the cards.

I appreciate the feedback. PM me next time you rent and I'll add an hour.

I'm just gonna guess it's more weird latency issues or something because the actual hashrate on the pool I use didn't falter. Still very pleased with the service!

I'd like to hire you again, but I just had to part ways with another provider due to communication issues. Do you have any other rigs at a higher hashrate I could consider? Cheesy

Trust me, the first time I saw rigs showing offline I was worried as well. It took several refreshes of the page to watch them go in and out all while watching the local stats to prove to me that everything was really OK. I've asked djeZo about this and as I'm sure it's a glitch, I hope there's something that can be done to improve the online status.

Thanks for renting and providing feedback!!!

The rig sporadically turns off for about 30 seconds once or twice an hour. Is there an issue with the rig?

Have you checked the reported hash rate on your pool? I've noticed several times that the website here shows some of the rigs as offline randomly but every time I check the local stats, they're still mining which ever pool they're currently configured for.
I'm guessing it's just a reporting glitch. Haven't really noticed a drop in activity...It just says "OFF" sporadically so it worried me for a bit. Other than that, speed is maintained throughout lease period. Thanks for the great service. Cheesy

So far things seem to be going great. Well, mostly anyways.

The scrypt rigs have been running non-stop with zero issues. And crazyates found a better config for the R9 290s which will be applied soon and the 5th card will be added to HashIT01.

The AntMiners have also been running good. but had some issues at first. They now accept pool changes thanks to djeZo's proxy, but the proxy will sometimes crash. This has only happened a couple of times and we have credited additional hours to those renting it at that time. A new version of LRP was released today and we've upgraded hoping for the best.

We're keeping a close eye on this and wish to thank djeZo for his hard work on trying to solve the "linux crash"!

The AntMiners don't seem to like changing pools through API. We've moved all four of them behind a proxy and everything appears to be working smoothly now. This also makes it easier to rent more hashing power as we can provide 1 rig at 720Ghs instead of 4 rigs at 180Ghs.

PM me if you rent again and I'll give you an extra hour.

I'll offer your some free hours when I get what seems to be an API issue figured out.
All of our Scrypt miners are working fine, just to clarify.

The only issues we've had are that our new Antminers don't seem to like changing the pool info through the api, and also take some work to play nice with the LRP. Right now, they're not available for leasing. The kinks should be worked out soon, and then we'll put them back up.

Turns out it was a firewall issue within the Antminers themselves. After fixing that and upgrading to the newest version of the LRP, things are much more stable. Our rigs are back up and available again. Thanks for your patience!

Any and all feedback is appreciated. I will eventually be running 10 rigs for scrypt mining and 4 rigs for SHA256.

1st rig is 5 AMD R9 290's.
Remaining rigs are 5 AMD R9 280x's.
And the SHA rigs are AntMiner S1's.
