I ordered a refill, and on the page where it gives me the Bitcoin address and QR code, it is missing an important detail ... the amount (in BTCs) that I am supposed to send.

Confirmation email is on the way

It is recommended that you wait for an email to arrive before sending bitcoin to ensure that there has not been a typo

Order was recorded

To complete transaction you must send BTC ) to the address

It looks like there was supposed to be some amount displayed there in the paren, but for whatever reason, didn't happen.

Incidentally, the first line has a grammatical error ... "Action is required on your partNo."     "No."?

This is the URL for the page I am describing:

I was able to see the amount from the e-mail, so I was able to complete this order, but for others or for next time for me, the "send payment" page should probably state the amount to send.

There was a small website redesign at BTC Buy, and now there is a youtube video displayed at a home page. There was a misstatement in the video, that we support all major wireless carriers, which is indeed false. Someone commented specifically about Verizon and Sprint.

While our supplier does not offer Sprint prepaid plans (I don't think they even exist), we do have access to Verizon refills. When initial evaluation was made, those seemed to be way overpriced for us, so we didn't even put it on the menu. Is anybody using Verizon prepaid and/or interested in buying refill cards for BTC? We would be happy to offer them and they will come with discount.
