Well, it seems that Wirex is having problems again. I deposited some Bitcoins to my account, transaction is fuly confirmed hours ago but funds are not showing at my wallet.
I'm using Wirex more than a year and only recently I started to have some issues with their services so this is kind of surprise for me.
Does anyone has similar experiences and how did support solve this? I sent a ticket, hope they will answer soon.

...and now also feature "Add funds to card" isn't working. I can tap the button as many times as I want but nothing is happening.
They really have some issues with app and that starts to go on my nervs. One of the most important things I appreciate the most is reliability. And with Wirex I'm not so sure anymore that they will provide me services when I need them.

I saw some airdrop post last week of wirex carrying out an airdrop of 2k token for each participants which worth 54$. I want to confirm if the said airdrop is legit

It would have been far better if they didn't have an ICO either but....this is already done, no point going there anymore.

I'm trying to add the link from their fb post where there are also posting some channels that spread fake rumors about airdrops but that damn fb app won't let me copy the url of the post. I even managed to delete my post on btctalk trying to edit after edit.

Wirex have been hassling me every time I go near it about this token recently. At no point whatsoever have they mentioned anything about it being 'free'. Someone's taking the piss there and it won't be them.

After all issues that I mentioned the app is working fine now. Seems it was all connected with maintainance although I'm not sure I figured well out what are they actually doing and what will be the changes that affect my Euro account.
Anyway, at the moment it's most important for me that cryptocurrencies exchange is working fine, as well as my card.

It seems that is working now but only after I loged in and loged out several times. Also, for some reason my card disappeared from the dashboard and I only had the option to order new one but now it's visible again.

Happened to me also in the past

I've just went to double check if I have something similar and instead of the card details I have a line with "order card"

About the euro<>btc conversion and deposits on the card I realized that when it gives me two errors one after the other the sure proof way to do it is force closing the app and starting it again.

It says to me "we are conducting this maintenance in coordination with a number of third parties that support our infrastructure' which sounds like a recipe for max pain.

Everything looks stable in my phone.

It seems that is working now but only after I loged in and loged out several times. It's strange, I never had such problems before and this is obviously connected with maintainance and some changes they announeced and it's obviously affecting all services although they claim that everything except tranfering fiat currencies to IBAN is working fine. But it isn't.

This happens all the time and is usually restored within a day or so. Normally it's mentioned on their twitter feed but that doesn't seem to be the case recently. It's happened to my GBP account several times but seems to be more prevalent with Euros for some reason.

Stay put and see what occurs.

Yesterday I got the message from Wirex that they are making some changes on the platforme regarding traditional currencies (like Euro) accounts. So IBAN will be changed and similar and this naintainance will take a while.
They also said that all other features like exchange services, cryptocurrencies accounts and Visa cards will be functioning normaly
Still I'm facing problems with exchange, can't exchange Bitcoin to Euro and transfer it to card.
Anyone else maybe having the same problems?
