if in your country the card does not work, how did they send the card in your country? If you think like this you will notice that your country is on the list of supported countries and that is why they were able to send the card to your country, contact support to solve your problem

I used Wirex in the past and I have never had similar problems. Check your activity log, there can't be discrepancy or there is a bug that should be reported.

It should work anywhere VISA is accepted unless one of these applies to you: https://wirexapp.com/help/article/why-your-wirex-card-can-get-declined-0034 (I'm assuming you already have the card)

When you said "they" did you mean the app or the support staff? I'd post the full convo if it's the latter. In any case, actively reaching out to wirex using their various support channels is recommended in solving your problem. and maybe letting them know you are making noise in forums.
