Although I have not enough experience about Wirex and I never used them but seems they are responding about your issue. And their reply is friendly and responsive enough. So in that situation we should not call them scammer until they fail to return your funds. Its true technical problems might occurred at any system and obviously there should be solutions for that. But you can't ignore about investigation, any system or website will not give you fund based on your comment. So I will suggest at least you need wait for few days. Hope your case will resolved.

I am not familiar with them so can not give you much input however from the screenshot it seems they are asking for time from you. Let them investigate and hear their conclusion first.

Hi,

On 23 August 5 LTC disappeared from my account during an internal Eur exchange ( I exchanged LTC for have EURO) due a technical issue and no one refund me yet! I wrote thousands email to support and they confirm me a technical issue but they continue to say that they need to investigate . I used wirex a lot of time and never had any issues.I feel angry and frustrated!
