Since i have to get some stuff before a pro travel i register to Wirex because i have see virtual card is easy to get fast
I have see the BTC price with kraken around 48XX€ per BTC
I am sending 0.44 btc on my Wirex wallet
Ask for Exchange... OMG The price for Wirex BTC/EUR is 4668 so i get 1993€ for 0.427 (with no verified account we can sell for 2k€ max)
I was ok with that because i need to buy fastly to receive my order before my departure
And i have try to buy on amazon... dont working... let's try another... not working at all.
I contacted the support directly after several attempts to ask for a refund of the Bitcoin because it was too late to order within the deadlines

So i have tell them my phone number and i have confirm my email and now no news... First respond was in less then 4 hours, now 2 days no news
And like you see the BTC drop is real now and i have try to exchange my € for some BTC because i smell bad about Wirex, and like you see ! TRANSCATION FAILED

Some people can reassure me that they are not thieves because for the moment all is doubtful!
I let you guess my opinion on this platform...
