If you're looking for a mini review, i use wirex daily and never had any problems with them. I do not withdraw money via atm's though as the fees are kind of high. I use the card to pay for everything else.

NeuroticFish is right. Wirex is expensive, especially in your case. The cheapest option would be to use TenX card. It's available in most of the APAC region countries, and it also has no FX fees.

Most of their fees are "visa" fees, you should be a bit more specific.
The Wirex cards have pretty big ATM withdrawal fee and pretty low limits, so Wirex is best to use for getting used for buying goods (and services) in physical shops, not withdrawing at ATM.
They also have an extra FX fee if you withdraw or spend in other currency than the card's currency (not everybody in EEA have EUR).

Keep in mind that at exchange from BTC you also pay a commision.
