Based on the comments the OP know more about what he says than you..how can you even think about bounce rate in this situation?

Regardless of the accuracy of these lists of so called high quality emails, There's no guarantee that these professional will gonna take it seriously since it's from random sender which they are not familiar. The email will gonna go directly to thrashcan in case it will successfuly go through in there inbox. The OP numbers is too good to be true and I doubt if this kind of strategy will really gonna help for marketing purposes. 
Base on the post and reply of the OP it seems to me too that those emails will not goes to the inbox. It is not for the sender but for the receiver email and the sender emails might be blocked or might be added into spam list as maximum of the email will not be delivered. copper member

You have just mentioned that 98-99% accuracy. But you have not mentioned the delivery rate of email and also the bounce back rate of a email.
