Here is a chat with someone just now who I know would have been interested in the Axe
http://i58.tinypic.com/91bew7.jpg

I don't know how else to prove it, I could show all that over skype or team viewer to prove its not fake and those people are not my alts, its obvious and I wouldn't take to myself for ages since all of those people with old messages with me.

Here I proved you that someone would be willing to buy it for 500 cash today he said, he is a cheap ass so he think I would let him get it cheap ....

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO ?
If that guy can buy $500 worth of bitcoin via LBC then I will sell it to him in two weeks for that much bitcoin once you default on your loan. He would need to pay prior to me giving you the loan though. Tell him to create a bitcointalk account if he has not done so

I will just tell him that you are willing to sell it for $500 worth of bitcoin in 2 weeks, but he sure won't charge bitcoins before I am sure gonna sell or of course, default the loan which won't happen cause last thing I would want is to lose my Axe lol, and ask him to make account here and send you PM or ask him to msg you from his fb or what you prefer?
Well I am not going to lend to you before the weapon is paid for, so he will either need to allow me to hold the bitcoin until I can officially sell it to him or the funds will need to be held in escrow until I can officially sell it to him. I am not going to take an empty offer from some random person as proof that it can be sold for that much.

And you expect someone to approve that? you would accept to be like him and just have another random guy having your money in 2 weeks for something you don't even understand? cause its not his business I am trying to get a loan and you trying to get him a part of it while he shouldn't.

You know what, I have shared too much stuff, too much private conversations and my own fb and friends for all of this shit and I am still being called a scammer.

Fuck this shit, I don't want a loan anymore, I will just sell the Axe for 700 or 800 bucks and do what I wanted with the money, my business is more important than the game and than wasting my time 24/7 trying to give you proof that you will deny before even seeing it just because you don't wanna believe it.

Its impossible to convince someone who is already convincing himself the opposite of what you are trying to convince him.

#Closed and thanks for anyone who was open to help anyway and was just looking for more solid proof instead of just attacking me just for the reason I am a newbie here and nothing else.

You can only put a valid collateral, sorry. It's not easy to trust someone here.

What is considered collateral?

Collateral is something that can easily be resold to cover the loan value plus interest should the loaner default on the loan.

- The best collateral is another crypto-currency, such as Litecoin (also written as LTC).  Coins must be moderately traded on multiple exchanges.
- Some digital wares such as domain names can be considered as long as the user cannot recover it.
- Small valuable items that can be shipped though the mail - i.e. gold, silver, iphones, etc.
- Large items, such as a motorcycle or guitar can be used if you live close to the person giving you the loan.  Try localbitcoins.com

What is not considered collateral?

- Items not in hand.  Don't trust a user that promises to give you something *when* they default!  Tracking numbers only show something has been mailed - it could be an empty box.
- Future income.  You can prove you'll make xx coins in the next few days, but nothing forces you to send those coins to pay your debt.
- Identification.  So what if they can prove who they are.  Are you going to spend more money and time taking them to court on untested legal grounds?  You'll probably just walk away, like everyone does.  ID is useless.
- Games codes or similar.  To verify the collateral you need to use the code, which destroys the collateral.  Consider this a purchase, not a loan.  (Post in Digital Goods instead)
- Most new alt-coins or alt-coins that trade for satoshis are not good collateral as they can become worthless overnight.
- Paypal should never be used - they are anti-bitcoin and will rule against you 100% of the time.  Escrow can't even help, as paypal charge backs can come over 6 months later!
- Most valuable online accounts can easily be recovered by social engineering (the user contacting support to say they were hacked, and regain control of the account)

I don't see anything that could possibly refer to my collateral except "Item not in hand" which I offered to give the item first (if the person is trusted) or use escrow before I get my loan, I provided WAY MORE THAN ENOUGH proof of the value of my item, its just whether someone will be willing to download the game and accept such type of collateral or no, but you can't come and tell me that its not worth what it is worth just because you wouldn't accept it ....

Here I am trying my best to give you the proof you want, sitting all here wasting my time just to try and prove to you I am not a scammer and that the Axe is worth way more than $500 but in exchange all I am getting is just more negative reps saying I am a scammer.

I sent that guy push more proof and I been here all time trying to get you more proves and said I would prove it in any way you want whether team viewer or getting you into page or getting you on game, but still, its not enough, or maybe you just don't wanna believe me either way and insist to call me a scammer just because I am new here.

Anyway thanks ...

Does knowing a price of something but not being able to afford it means its not worth that?

Yes. Especially when there's nothing setting the price of an item. Can you show a price one has sold for before? If I say bitcoins are worth $50,000,000 each but nobody can afford to pay that amount, then a bitcoin isn't worth $50,000,000 and my valuation of said bitcoin is meaningless.

Here is a proof of how much the first one was sold from the Master of my guild, I can provide proof for that too if you want -.-
Not gonna wipe any names out anymore so you don't think I am faking anything ....

Yes that is true, but bitcoin price is already decided by many websites, the Axe is really rare, and those who have it never sell it that's why its hard to find someone selling and I sent you to your PM the proof you asked me for and I can provide more if you need.

There was one that was sold for $2000 2 months ago, but it was first on server and the person who got it had it from Event so he wanted to sell it, a rich person from our server paid $2000 for it to be the first person on the server holding the Axe.

I would be willing to use escrow with a more reputable member of this community if any party does not think I am sufficiently trustworthy to hold the btc.

If you do not actually have someone willing to buy it for as much as you claim it is worth then it is not worth that much. That is simply how the market works. Something is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay.

I don't see why they wouldn't be willing to have their $400 held for two weeks if it means they can buy it for a 50% discount. I'd even be willing to pay a small amount of interest if I end up not being able to deliver the weapon (in the extremely unlikely event that you actually repay your loan).

If someone is willing to buy it for $800 then they should have no problem lending you $250 for two weeks. If the people saying it is worth $800 are not actually willing/able to pay that much then their statement of its value is meaningless

Does knowing a price of something but not being able to afford it means its not worth that? how come o.o, doesn't make sense in any logical way.

And I stated, its because I don't know the people who would buy since they are from across all servers, they won't let someone hold $250 for 2 weeks, its like I am telling them let me take free $250 from you and scam them from you and you will never see me again, people wouldn't want their money held for 2 weeks, I wouldn't want that either, unless they know you and they doing it as help.

I just did some research of this item you're referring to. It's the "Karen's Axe", right? If so, there is nowhere online I can see where any offer of a substantial value has been made for this item, and I found a lot of posts from various players trying to sell them.

Karen is 114 axe, that's 115 cap.
Its King Albireo's Axe, there is only 3 of it on the server I am playing which is Epith, Karen Axes are around 200~250$ at most right now, King Albireo's Axe is 125 Axe released after new cap release which was released 2 months ago, and there is only 3 of it on my server and people willing to buy it from all servers because they are merging servers together soon.

I can get you into the facebook groups of the servers and you can ask and check for yourself about both axes.

@Quicksilver
Those who priced the Axe for me are friends, they don't really have that much or willing to lend me that much, cause of the hustle of sending the money and going to the WU office etc. since none of them know anything about Bitcoin, I tried actually shouting in there asking if anyone know about Bitcoin hoping that someone does and might help me instead or I could sell him in-game golds.
Those who would be willing to buy my axe are people I don't know who want my axe, and I wouldn't want to see my axe being stolen for 250$, I need my axe as I still play, I need it for when the server merge happens to help my guild take over the world boss in the merged server, my axe is so valuable and even my guildies don't want me to sell it.

@Your last post Quicksilver, nobody would be willing to have their $400 being held for 2 weeks ...

Why don't you find someone who is willing to buy it for $400 and can pay for it now. Then I will lend you the 1BTC that you are looking for and if you repay the loan I will refund the buyer and return the collateral to you. If you default then I will simply complete the sale and sell your collateral to the buyer for $400

Why don't you borrow the money from one of the people who would be willing to buy it for $400 or for $800? They should be more then willing to lend you 1BTC for your collateral as a worse case scenario would be that they make .2 btc from the loan and a best case scenario would be that they buy it for ~$250

How would you know how many people will say that your weapon is worth a certain amount? Like I said you could fake it by using a different computer to send back the price. How would you know that these people are going to be willing to confirm over Facebook that they are claiming that something is worth a certain amount? Unless you are going to have someone associated with yourself (or will be responding yourself) then you have no assurance that you will receive these responses.

Cause I was offered $800 before for my Axe and I know how much it is worth, if I put a post now that I am selling for $500, so many people will bump the inbox for it.
How can I fake it? how can I have control over 5~10 facebooks that are talking all the time and people know them without pre-arranging it with them? I said I would use team viewer, I said the person can just shout in the game without telling me when and where he will do it and people will reply to him so there are no worries I am behind anything.

I can easily make people scream about it for $400 or $500 which is double what I am asking for, instead of asking all those questions, ask yourself, how can you call me a scammer when you don't even know me? how can I even do the stuff you are claiming I could do when you know its not possible?
How can you be so aggressive and abusing to me just because I am new here? I am trying to make things better and explain myself and give proofs in all ways but all I am getting back is hate and bs to my face

I will add you to the facebook page of one of the servers, with over 200 people at least of course, you can ask about it and everytime someone replies to you, check his fb and see if its newly created or could be an alt of another fb or no, does that make sense or are you just gonna ignore whatever I say for the purpose of calling me a scammer without a valid reason?

Even if you can prove that some random person said that your weapon on your game is worth a lot it doesn't change the fact that this person is a random person. It would not prove that you didn't just use a second computer to chat with yourself.

Like I said if your collateral is worth as much as you claim then that person should have no problem with lending you money.

You are a scammer because you are offering things as collateral that have zero value to the lender and are bogus.

Anyone that lends money to you will never see their money again and will not be able to sell any collateral secured for anything.

Here you go again claiming stuff against me without even knowing me, cause that's what you are typically.
You think you can just call me a scammer because you been here for long and got reputation while I don't, just because I am new here.
Is that how you encourage people to the forums? is that how you are helpful to the community?

Are you reading even what I wrote? random people? I said I would prove through team viewer with at least 5~10 people claiming that, how can I fake that? I said he can ask inside the game, SHOUT and people will whisper him with answers, I can FAKE that too?
I can show you proofs from many people THROUGH TEAM VIEWER OR IN GAME or whatever, with facebooks and people created YEARS AGO with their own family friends (yeah sure that's me on another computer huh wtf) that they willing to pay that much for my weapon, BUT I DO NOT WANT TO SELL IT CAUSE I STILL USE IT. I am just offering it for the time cause its np with me waiting.

Now you saying I am a scammer just BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE SO, how pathetic, and you call yourself helpful to the community? I really respected you when you gave me negative rep cause I am just a newbie here its ok and made sense, but all this bs calling me a scammer just cause you think so and calling my collateral is not legit while I said I would provide enough proof through team viewer just because your brain tells you that doesn't make sense, just a person abusing his powers cause he can in my opinion, sounds so helpful to the community lol.

this is not proof of anything. The person you are chatting with has zero reputation here. You redacted his handle for a good reason. It is only appropriate to give a value of specific collateral if you can independently verify the value of such collateral.

This is very similar to you signing a message from an address that has had a lot of Bitcoin pass through it. Both will do nothing for the lender when (not if) you default on the loan.

It that collateral is worth as much as you claim then you should get a loan from him.

I said I could provide proof over teamviewer, asking more than 3 people, random people, about the worth of that item.

Even making the person ask himself inside the Game when he downloads it, oh I can set up all that and edit it through team viewer?
Are you just wanting to say I am a scammer for any and no reason at all?

I provided Collateral, but the user Quicksilver still refuses to remove his negative rep from me, how come there is no punishment for people abusing their reps on this forum?

A potential lender shouldn't have to jump through hoops such as downloading an almost 2GB game just to secure a collateral that probably isn't worth close to the value of the loan. I've never heard of "Fiesta Online" and a Google search only displays a game with a couple hundred players so I doubt any item there is worth $800.

Still looking for the loan if someone willing to take my signed messages as a proof that I owned over 400 BTC before and not a newbie who trying to scam.

Or if someone willing to take either of the 2 stuff stated above as collateral, I can provide enough proof over team viewer of the worth of the item I am offering before we do any deal, and if the loaner is trusted I will be willing to let him get the item instead of using escrow, all you would have to do is download a game that is roughly 1.2~1.8 gb.

Will be great if someone willing to help out or accept my collateral ^_^

Hope someone is kind enough to give me a chance and help me out ^^

Hope is irrelevant.  You need collateral, or you don't get a loan.  Too many newbie scammers.   Undecided

Well the only thing I could think of as collateral would be like an item on a game I play called Fiesta Online, that item is at least $800+ and can go up to $1500, since there is only 3 of it on the whole server.

But to provide that as collateral the person holding it as escrow will have to download the game, I can prove that its easily worth $800+ like you can sell it in less than 2 days for $800 and if you wait maybe up to $1500, then if the person loaning me agree I can give it to whoever escrow we are gonna use.

Also I can provide my League of Legends account as collateral (But nobody would take I think, since accounts can be recovered through support).
My league account got all champions, 153 skins, 20 rune pages, all runes you would ever need, which goes for easily $500 also, a long with a championship riven skin which is alone worth 300 Euro atm lol.

Since I am also a heavy gamer, those are the things I could really think of as collateral atm, thank you again for your comments, I know there are too many newbie scammers, I knew that my chances of getting a loan is small but I wanted to try cause I am really in need of it right now Undecided

And also the negative rep doesn't really bother me, the person Quickseller is just trying to get a better community in here which is something I would do, I would have been mad if he wrote in my rep that I am a scammer or so, it just states I am a newbie asking for a loan, that doesn't mean I am a scammer, its just a warning for people who read this that they need to put that in mind which is fine cause thats true, this is my first account here and I made it just for the sole purpose of trying to get a loan to get back up on business.

Thanks again for everyone who passed by and left some comments ^^

seems you aren't new to bitcoin world  having 434BTC+ total recieved funds but something is unusual here, why you are posting from a new forum account and asking for a no collateral loan? i smell a scammer here

I didn't say I am new to bitcoin world o.o
I have been dealing in Bitcoin in so many exchanges over so many currencies, I just never been on bitcointalk before.
And when I googled about getting a loan, few stuff popped up like btcjam, btclendingclub and this forum which of course I heard about before but I never tried registering or being on this forums cause I had no use for it before.

better ask in btcjam or bitlending. No one will deal with a newbie account here

I will try I guess ty, I just didn't try yet cause I am guessing they will require Money Valued collateral to be able to get one there so I thought I would try here with people who I can talk to at least and discuss with them the loan.

Thanks guys for the suggestions and sorry if it seems wrong I am asking for a loan on a newbie account, but I never had an account here before and I thought I would try here first maybe someone would be willing to help, I understand its risky and no valid collateral that u can get back loan if I default it, but idk if it really looks like I am gonna default a 1 BTC loan. Hope someone is kind enough to give me a chance and help me out ^^

seems you aren't new to bitcoin world  having 434BTC+ total recieved funds but something is unusual here, why you are posting from a new forum account and asking for a no collateral loan? i smell a scammer here

Past income is not collateral - how can we get our coins back if you default?  Look in envy at your past balances?

Please read what is acceptable collateral at the link below.  Who knows, you may lose your negative trust if you offer valid collateral!  Smiley

I understand that, and I respect your post and care about the community.
I do know my proof is not a valid collateral, I am just looking for someone who can see I am just in a bad shape and can see that considering my over-all trades and business that I am not a kid who gonna snitch and run.

I do know I am asking for a 1 BTC loan without clear collateral, that's why I am not mad at my negative rep, the guy just wants a clean community from scammers which is understandable, and my point was not that you can get your coins back from my past balances if I default the loan, that was not why I posted my addresses and offered to prove signed messages, my point was that someone with a huge trades over 400 BTC which means I had earned over $100,000+ with today's BTC standards, wouldn't default such a small loan. I just posted that to give some confidence to the loaner in me that I am not a total newbie who just never owned anything and looking to steal money Smiley.

Thanks again for your concern, I appreciate it.

Check post #12 with proof of the item I am talking about.

Loan amount required: 1.00 BTC
Term length: 2 Weeks
Interest: 20% (Repay 1.20 BTC)
Reason: Exchange business, I have been doing exchanges on many sites for long time, and lately I have stopped cause of college so I am trying to get myself back doing exchanges again, I can pay back in even less than 1 week but I said 2 weeks just to stay on the safe side.
Collateral: I can provide signed messages from both of my addresses with total received 400 BTC on both of them.

I can receive the loan on any of them, also some more addresses with small trades around ~23 BTC in total
Here is a SS from the total of my blockchain wallet

I know this might not seem like a valid collateral, since its not something that have a value in money, but if I had something such as collateral I can provide I would have sold it and got bitcoins then rebuy it later or some sort of that.

Before you Negative Rep me, which is totally harmless to me in my opinion, its just a bunch of numbers with a - beside them, think about why I would even try to default this loan, I mean its clear I am a business man who just been on a break or having hard time, it just happens that I never used this forums before sadly :/
