Exchanges have different fees when it comes to withdrawals. Usually on the bottom of the page of the exchange you use you will see a link for Fees or Withdrawal Fees and there you will find the info you need. Also there are limitations to the amount you can withdraw in one day. If you are not verified and have not submitted documents for KYC you can usually only withdraw a smaller amount than if you are KYC verified. Again, it all depends on the exchange you use.

No, BTC wallet has no limitation on sending BTC, you can send as much as you can but if you are using an exchange wallet better to read their TOS first because based on my experience on some exchanges like Binance you can only withdraw/transfer 2 BTC per day for the unverified user.
