If your current balance is in Fiat currency on Binance. Buy any coin from there. Say bitcoin.
Send this bitcoin to any local exchange where the fiat conversion possible.
Sell the coin in the local exchange and cashout!

@zypa

Forget LocalBitcoins and similar websites. You will be charged a high fee like 20% and with still the risk to have a dispute/chargeback on your Paypal account later.

I would rather use Lucius' suggestion, there are a few users you can trust and save your time with. I personally do it from time to time

zypa, if you prefer PayPal maybe best option is trade your coins here on forum with some trusted members on Currency exchange board. The only question is whether it is wiser to first withdraw BTC into your personal wallet, or send it directly to the buyer from exchange.

I recently sold some BTC for PP, I can recommend this user : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trade-your-btc-to-paypal-fiat-currencies-to-btc-here-5143200

Of course, I advise you to evaluate the risk yourself and find the best/safest way.

We also have people here in the forum who could help you make a trade or convert to preferred currency payment method like Paypal. All you have to do is convert your cryptos to a top crypto asset like BTC then head over to the Currency exchange Board.
You can either make an advert and wait for offers or visit a thread of a trusted member who is offering the service like this One and you carry out the exchange.

Convert your cryptos into bitcoin if you are holding altcoins then move the bitcoin to localbitcoin.com where you can trade your bitcoins to Paypal or bank accounts but the banks won't recognize that it is related to crypto trading since its p2p mode of trading. This looks the simplest way for me.

I think it would be a little difficult because I would have to create a new account that has zero history and people will not trust me. I would not trust a new account either, crypto space is crazy.
So I think the best option is to sell on coinbase and do it --> paypal, I saw they allow you to do it. Only thing I will have to share my personal data with their KYC...

Yeah, I will prefer the paypal option because I don't want to put the money on my bank account but let it on paypal. Then I will be ok for the next "X" months of purchases from ebay/other websites because i use a lot paypal.
So no need to do the extra step to a bank transfer. It's important to have the paypal option for EU members.

Thanks,

You can check my signature they have a service from cryptocurrency to Paypal. If you do this make sure you read their terms properly so that there are no future problems. Of course, an exchange have their own rules, Try in your own risk.
You can also check https://localbitcoins.com/ and https://paxful.com/ Last time I check they support Paypal and banks.

What is the best and simplest way to do so?
There is no simplest way to cash out from your crypto asset to fiat and transfer to your bank account. It always needs to pass KYC verification because that involves money. Before doing that action, please do research. Because there are some banks that freezing money once they know that it comes from crypto.

Aside from Coinbase or Localbitcoin wallet, you can also use this exchange for a wire transfer directly to your bank account. ( https://cex.io/wires-campaign/) Just read it because that's maybe it will help you.

It is  very easy to do it.

1 - convert all your altcoins and tokens to bitcoin
2- transfer your bitcoins to an exchange which accepts your local fiat currency.
3 sell bitcoin for fiat.

The most important is to find a reliable exchange in your country.

This is a pointless question unless you tell us what country you're in. Every country will have a very different set of options from everything you could ever want to hardly any at all.

Judging it from his post in one of our local boards way back in 2017 and assuming that the account didn't switch hands his country is Romania. And from what I know Romania is one of the highly supported countries by Coinbase. Also @OP you can check out your localbitcoins page in Romania to see if you will get better deals with them.

You can check Coinbase to sell your BTC for PayPal. I'm not sure in which regions you could use this though.

If you are from Romania as I think you are (by looking at your posts history) then I suggest to either use Bitonic to withdraw using SEPA (last time I used them, no KYC was required), or BitPanda if you're willing to create an account in Neteller or Skrill.

Hi guys I have a question.

I am tired of this crypto pump and dump space where I lost so much time and money since I first got into it and I want to cash in whatever I have left and call it quits.
The remaining funds I have are in Binance and I want to withdraw to my bank account or to paypal (preferable) or to another account that is not related to crypto but accepts FIAT deposit.

What is the best and simplest way to do so?

Thanks in advance
