Yep, been over 24 hours now. Support requests through the support form was not answered, the issue was not resolved.

Been using them for years, this is the first time there was a problem with withdrawal or support.

As per the recent announcement of freebitco.in representative on their ANN thread, They are still experiencing issue about delay since they have backlog mails error that affects the approval speed of withdrawal.

The team is already working on the issue. The important matter now is the team already dealing with it and acknowledge the error in contrary to the previous days which they are in complete silence.

I suggest to just wait. Pressuring them in public will not help further since there will be more user that will panic withdraw that will cause more pending withdrawal for team to process.

Yep, been over 24 hours now. Support requests through the support form was not answered, the issue was not resolved.

Been using them for years, this is the first time there was a problem with withdrawal or support.

Supported this as well. this is a case where OP is curious about the INSTANT WITHDRAWAL but that does not mean he believes that he will not get his funds so by chance it is just OP is not that understand what instant withdrawal means , he thinks this is just a literal instant .

Op started this thread on the 19th of February this year, today is 26th, which make it's approximately 8 days since this thread was created, and I've gone through the previous comments and can't find any reply of op in the comment section after starting this thread, this suggests two things to me..
1. Either the issue has been resolved, op has gotten his withdrawal request from freebitco processed, but like many other newbies do, he fails to come back here to post an update that his issue has been resolved.
2. Or the issue he or she is complaining about never really happened, which means that he or she may have just come here to accuse freebitco wrongly for what ever reason.

Anyways, to you @Xxmodded, assuming this was even a case to be taken seriously, I do not think this qualifies to be posted in the scam accusation board, since op didn't even provide any proof to or of his claim, and he also did not mention anywhere that freebitco said they weren't going to process his withdrawal request.

I've been using freebitco.in for many years, and have never experienced issues with them. If you are multiaccounting, then they are right when they don't allow you to withdraw because it's cheating on your side. Freebitco.in is a reputable site and I apart from obvious scammers no one had issues with them, as far as I know.

Please post here about receiving your withdrawal and lock the thread.

You created the thread yesterday but I don't know when the issue has started with you but before you make a public announcement on the transaction issue, it might have taken some days or a day and today is 20th, of February and the transaction fee now is pretty low so the matter what if there is no error in the address by now you supposed see the alert in the receiving wallet. Even it delayed, it should not be more than 24hours and I believed that transaction is more than 24hours. Op have you contacted the customer service support team? Someone recommended you to ask the question in their official thread, I think this not for the representatives to answer but the customer service support team should know better. And that is the best way to solve the problem.

But if ever I encounter a situation where I chose the instant option and haven't received it after a day, the first thing I would do is contact their customer support team to reach out. The blockchain explorer is also available to track the progress and status of the transaction. Just an FYI for next time. Withdrawal is instant on casino only which means they sent your transaction in the blockchain immediately but you will still need to wait for the blocks to be mine before your transaction be processed which is not in control by the casino. This is not an issue by the casino but the waiting time for the blocks to be mine. It took sometimes an hour before a blocks mine even which means you will still wait that period even if you use the highest fee as possible.

correct mate, instant does not mean a second to be received instead they are processing the withdrawal as soon as you requested but you must wait till when it comes.
but yes Hope that OP already get her amount and will come here sooner to confirm about the transaction.

That happened to me once as well. I requested an "instant" withdrawal that took almost 24 hours to be processed. And it wasn't a very large amount, like $100 or so. But I have never had a similar problem with freebitco.in again.

I guess even though they are supposedly instant they require someone's manual approval and I don't think they have many people running the site either, but I didn't see any messages as you say. I have to say that other times I had also requested an instant withdrawal and everything worked perfectly, but since that time I have not done it again (why would I request an "instant" withdrawal that sometimes can take up to 24 hours to process?).

I believe there is supposed to be a message displayed on the website telling you it’s under review, but I’m not certain because I only request slow withdrawals to save on fees and have never encountered this problem.

It could be that they’re using unconfirmed outputs for your payment and the effective fee rate for your transaction plus its ancestors is too low so you will have to wait for them to confirm first.

Just give them time mate and don't always deal with that "INSTANT WITHDRAWAL"
thing because this is not as available as you think , even many casinos had been issues about
this because they cannot stand with their promises.

Patience mate , just give a little more and update us after few days if they still kept
your funds , and if you have gotten then better lock this thread .

OP has probably received the withdrawal and forgot to do an update, a lot of these issues of not reporting back if everything's fine has been a thing for a lot of newbies that post their problems here, they don't go back to do an update so we're all left on the limbo whether they've got it or not. OP I will advise you to be patient with them. Maybe they are processing your payment as per your request. You know sometimes casinos would state in their terms and conditions of service the due time for withdrawal which you will have to consent before registering and sometimes, they conduct verification on accounts if they think the account exhibited some suspicious activities so that they do not go against the their policy.

I will advise you pm their representative as you have already been told so as to get further information on happenings and update surrounding your case.

Well, you didnt mention how long ago you initiated the instant withdrawal request and how long now you've been waiting before deciding to complain about it here.

But all the same, what I do have to say about this is what, I think an instant withdrawal can be instant or not, depending totally on the amount of bitcoins you are withdrawing, and if the amount of bitcoin is large, you might still have to wait a bit to get your withdrawal processes after it must have gone through a verification process to ensure that the source of fund is legitimate.

And secondly, if the amount of bitcoin you are withdrawing is small or moderate, like average, also understand that some times, bugs or system glitches could still affect the system and cause some delay in processing instant withdrawal request.

All this I've said above is not based on my experience on the withdrawal from FreeBitco, but based on common sense. So, just incase you are still waiting for your withdrawal to be processed, I will advice you to be patient, or better still, contact their customer care if you feel youve waited too long enough and can no longer wait.

Did they give you transaction id? or transaction url already? Tx recommended fees are pretty low right now, it should be confirmed if the withdrawal has been processed if it has right fee, well, knowing it's "instant" withdrawal then it should be the case.

Or have you double checked your receiving wallet address if its correct? Clipboard malware are pretty common these days.
