It seems to be a problem on their end.

Check their telegram (https://t.me/EN_HitBTC) and look up the word 'doge' you'll see lots of ppl having withdrawal problem. First ones who expressed complaints were in the same day op posted this. After some time hitbtc closed the withdrawals

but is now open again although it's still not in its best condition.

Get in touch with their support op, if you still haven't withdrawn your funds.

I do have Dogecoin in my HITBTC account worth $25 but I can't withdraw, I would like to know what's the minimum amount of doge before I can withdraw it?

I would only suggest that if it would require you a KYC for a 25USD worth of Doge coin - which only was increasing due to a hype, better not take the risks unless you've bought 25 for a 25000 dogecoins at its first release. But if it didn't, better not take the risk of submitting your personal info to a platform that you would soon not use right after you've withdrew your funds. Also, if your account was inactive for years, expect a longer period of time on fulfilling your verification processes, and we might never know what happen to the price of dogecoin at that time.

AFAIK, Hitbtc doesn't require identity verification (when you don't cross their limits) but it's also known that they use KYC to selectively scam people. You can check Reddit and the forums, there is an endless amount of scam accusations against them.

If you're getting one of the following messages:

- "Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account"
- or (when trying to trade): "Action is not allowed for your account"

You probably need to verify your account.

Before I can withdraw my coins even my account is not verified?

So right now, your account should be KYC'ed before you can withdraw?

According to this https://hitbtc.com/verification-general you have 1BTC daily and 5BTC monthly for non-verified users but I heard you can't be able to withdraw any amount if you are a not-verified user.

So, I think you should be KYC verified before you can able to withdraw any amount, it's their process of checking real users, and to avoid money laundering.

This is a bit confusing. There is a certain withdrawal limit for non-verified users but then non-verified users cannot make withdrawals unless verified? It doesn't sound logical.

Anyway, OP, I used to be trading as a non-verified user with HitBTC with no problems at all. But that was years ago. Things might have changed a lot. However, I can remember that after being inactive for at least a year, I finally decided to withdraw whatever funds I left there. That was the time I was suddenly asked to undergo KYC. I guess that had something to do with my inactivity which was suddenly followed by a withdrawal.

Was your account dormant prior to this withdrawal? That's probably a trigger to their system.

More likely yes, but I hope not in response to their terms of daily holding before they require to apply kyc.

You can check this thread about how hitbtc locked user's account and required kyc with lots docs.

Though some of these cases were resolved but takes days or months.

What error/message is shown when you're trying to withdraw? Afaik there's no minimum amount as long the amount covers for the fees. And they always ask kyc to their users before anyone able to withdraw.

I believe there is no minimum, however, if you have just added your address to the Whitelist you need to wait 48 hours (or 72h I don't remember exactly) before to be able to transfer out your coins.

Perhaps it's your problem?

The same if you have reset your password you need to wait 48 hours. If the amount has more than eight digits after the decimal point, it won't work so reduce it. Another thing is you need to transfer the coins from your trading account to your main account.

A couple of things but their system has no problem with Doge https://hitbtc.com/system-monitor
