Just take your USD and buy bitcoins with it on Mtgox, then sell your bitcoins for Dwolla at Fastcash4bitcoins (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fastcash4bitcoins-support-thread-90192).
You're going to pay a small fee (about $5 per one bitcoin) but it will probably be less of a fee than what you were trying to do (wire transfer).

Since dwolla is no longer an option Im trying to figure out how to withdraw. I click bank transfer and I get a menu that says IBAN//SWIFT//BIC/ABA. Not sure what this means. I put my routing and account number and it doesnt work. Im assuming Im doing something wrong. The only other option I see is OKpay and the fee's seem high. Is it safe to assume dwolla might never accept MTgox transfers and if they do it wont be for a very long time?
