My money went back to the exchange! The topic can be closed.

That's better now. At least you have your money back with you. End of discussion about it.

But I am suddenly curious. I am a little interested of your rejected withdrawal. Was there any reason indicated for the bank's refusal to accept your money from Binance? Or was it Binance which rejected your withdrawal transaction?

I tend to agree above that you must wait until working days since now we're on a weekend.  AFAIK, most banks transfer funds within an average of 3-5 business days, sometimes it varies in which country you are because it has a different time frame make the bank transfer delay worse, and probably you know already this.

I think there's no need to submit a ticket on Binance, I presume that it will be the answer by them, you should wait for 3-5 business days.
And yeah, that's Binance, there's nothing to worry about.

I made a withdrawal to a bank account in euros 3 days ago using the SEPA system, but the money did not come.

My bank asks for a copy of the receipt to track the payment, but Binance support is not responding. What should I do?

They clearly mentioned 3 business day which means week days and today is Saturday that is why the fund is yet to arrive and in my opinion I guess you will receive the funds on Monday and next time you can opt for SEPA instant which is also having the same fee.

Which availability option did you use? SEPA or SEPA instant.

If it's just SEPA, then 3 days (3 working days) is a normal duration. Don't panic, you should probably wait up to Monday next week since its weekend.
This is what they say

I guess it is also because we're on the weekend and that their labor and workforce isn't full during the weekends.

If you don't use Twitter, create one. It is easy to make one jist for the sake of your concern and for you to contact and reach them through that social media.

It is Binance and you don't have to worry.

You should use Twitter, or at least force yourself to use it in this case. Most crypto exchanges are focused on Twitter right now and it might be a good idea to send them a message here and ask support from others to increase your issue to be resolved quickly.

That being said, waiting for a week or so is probably a standard nowadays, so while that sucks, you have to be patient.

The money was not urgently needed, but I wanted to be sure that it would come to the account and that there was no mistake.
I don't use twitter.

Wait for the Binance support to look into your issue. 3 days is still short considering the number of their users and the tickets they are receiving everyday. If you are in dire need of your money, you can try Twitter and tag CZ in your tweet. I've seen at least one case where he responded and asked for the ticket number.
