The withdrawal has been canceled and the funds returned to your account.

I use my USDT to buy BTC and then withdraw all my BTC successfully by now.

Thank you so much for your support!

The very first thing to note is you have a response. Give it 48 business hours. If nothing happens, then you should just keep asking, on every possible channel. Support ticket, forums, social media. I know this is terrible way to do things, but unfortunately, from my experience and what I can tell, this is the only way that seems to get things done. A lot of people ignore it eventually and this is how exchanges get away with things.

Support hates it but if they don't want you to keep asking, they should give you an estimated timeframe.

I send more email follow-up as your advice and today I got an email from them as follow:

This type of issues takes time and work of several administrators to look into. We are trying to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, we have a list of other equally important tasks we need to attend urgently.

That's good. At least you know they are now working on it. The next time you write to them, make it clear that you are only following up with the issues because you are not getting any clear indication of how long it will take. It is your right to ask for a full explanation and clarification of what happened, and it is only fair that they give you an estimate of time it will take to resolve, so that you can also follow-up at a reasonable time, instead of guessing how long it will take them.

Advise them to furnish you with such estimates. If they cannot do this, then they cannot expect you to be silent indefinitely.

Thank you so much for your advice. Will do as you advise me!
Thanks a lot!  Smiley

Anyone can give me some adivce?

It sounds like the wheels are in motion. I know it's not comforting, but they have at least acknowledged that the transaction wasn't broadcast properly. They haven't responded since they sent the above response?

It's only been a bit longer than 24 hours, so try not to worry too much. They have long support backlogs, like many cryptocurrency exchanges right now. And this issue also suggests problems with their USDT wallet which may require some analysis and a fix before they can re-send the transaction. It sucks, but at least you've gotten a response by now.

Bitfinex continue to NOT update the ticket since they sent the above response (2 days)
Any advice, bro!

Bitfinex have just sent to me an email:

"We are currently investigating your missing withdrawal and if possible we will either get the missing tx broadcast to the network properly or we will cancel the tx and return the funds to your account so you can submit a new withdrawal as necessary. Once we have determined what happened to the original tx we will let you know"

Have Everything gone smooth yet?

Hello,

I have a withdrawal USDT at bitfinex.com at yesterday, and until now I have not received my fund  Huh
Any advice be welcome

Go to your withdrawal history. Does it say "pending" or "processing" or anything like that? Sometimes, withdrawals get stuck on Bitfinex and you need to cancel and resubmit. If there is a transaction ID in your history and you are comfortable posting it, please do so, so we can determine whether the withdrawal actually happened or not.

Also, where were you trying to withdraw the USDT to? Another exchange? Hopefully you transferred it into a USDT address, and not a BTC or BCH address.

Thanks for your help, illyiller!
It say "complete"
Withdrawal ID# 3920827
Transaction ID: 362084b7858b559af6fd9838585d36f59c94da4c5474c4c50cf9d3bb05b52aef
I withdraw the USDT to my USDT wallet at another exchange

I wonder what the problem is and what I should do. I have not been able to access this funds for 2 days and I really need to use them. If anyone has a good suggestion, I would appreciate it. I have hesitated to send a second support ticket, but I have no response from bitfinex for so long. It is really frustrating when one is left in the dark for so long while 746 USDT are gone without an idea where they are. Thanks for help you may provide.

Strange. At first, I was going to write that the problem is not with Bitfinex. However, if your withdrawal was in fact in USDT, it should show up on http://omnichest.info/ or https://omniexplorer.info/ but I'm not seeing anything. That transaction ID doesn't appear on the network. (It doesn't show up on the Bitcoin blockchain either)

So, assuming everything was copy/pasted correctly, I'm wondering if Bitfinex didn't screw up, since that transaction ID doesn't seem to be valid. I wish I had advice regarding whether to open a second ticket (I've never had an issue that warranted it). But the problem indeed seems to be on Bitfinex's end, and they should rectify it. I would follow up on the current ticket at least.....keep us updated. I recall hearing of similar issues a month or so back with ETH withdrawals (withdrawals completed with transaction IDs that didn't exist on the network......it seems like those got handled, not sure on the time frame)

I don't think they have a rep here anymore. But I'm pretty sure they have one on r/bitcoinmarkets. There's a bunch of regulars there, too. It might help get you some exposure and get the issue solved more quickly if you post a thread there. Good luck!

Thanks, I've just posted it on r/bitcoinmarkets : https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/72r3rl/bitfinex_usdt_withdrawal_problem/?st=j82tlgvp&sh=6b197d7d

Can you receive real USD after you withdraw your USDT. Or there is any operation that I can transfer USDT to USD?

That's a good point that the OP should clarify.  I'm pretty sure you can not withdraw Tether (USDT) directly into a bank account.  I beleive you first have to sell the USDT into a cash account, then withdraw the cash.  I assume that is what he is trying to do here, because I doubt an exchange would allow a user to even attempt that transfer.

To clarify your question: you have withdrawn to a fiat account? Than it has normal duration of a classical bank transfer, as your fiat bank account is at least till yet not based on a blockchain I assume. So I guess 48hours or more you should calculate.
