Follow these steps, it worked for most people, including me:

(0) Instal Google Chrome and login to Mercatox

(1) Go to "Transaction history"

(2) Find the transaction ID of the pending transaction

(3) Add in Console following Code

    $.post(

        '/wallet/cancel-withdraw',

            {

                _csrf: _csrf,

                   id: "Transaction ID"

                        }, function (data) {

                            if (data) {

                               alert("cancelling");

                            } else {

                                notify('Error');

                            }

                        }

                    );

    Replace "Transaction ID" by your pending transaction ID; do surround the TX ids by quotes (e.g., "61343265").

(4) Right click on the screen, go to "Inspect", then to console

(5) Paste the Javascript code and run

(6) Withdraw your funds

I have a feeling most of these exchanges don't have the BTCvolume they claim they have, this to me is one of the reason there are delays withdrawals on these exchanges, it has happened on Poloniex and HitBTC and when I observed this I stopped using them
but i withdrawing .02 BTC only, do you think that they don't have that volume of btc??? or they are short supply of Bitcoin?? today is the 5th day and still pending.
Please, send a ticket support to the mercatox or you can try to write your problem in mercatox official thread. As far as i know if you are seeing your transaction gets pending and then it may be mercatox has a problem with its service. Try to contact the team and let them rebroadcast your transaction again.

Have you tried sending a message to Mercatox's support team? Bitcoin transfer is very long for 4 days. It's impossible for it to last that long, because it's Mercatox.

You should ask it to mercatox support, there may be even a problem about your account, security issues. 4 days is not normal at all.
i message the support. but no reply, but I've tried to transfer token to my MEW and then a minute I received it. but the BTC that i'm withdrawing is still pending.

im withdrawing my BTC in mercatox, and its almost 4 days pending. but in the transaction in sending token is almost a minute to send. what is the cause of this slow and pending transaction of BTC in MERCATOX??

They may have a backlog of withdrawals and need to process them all manually or something like that. So often exchanges are very slow with withdrawals, it's nothing to do with the blockchain it's just a delay in them releasing your funds.
