Some very nice work, love the wasp ones.
Thank you! Unfortunately, in the end, they were not chosen.

If I ever can do anything for you, don't be afraid to send me a message.

*Blows away dust*

Phew! It's been quite a while!

I mostly have been away working on one single project that I'd like to share with you:
the new Bitcoin Casino called SatoshiCarnival.

SatoshiCarnival tries to be different by being very transparent and fair towards the players, besides looking gorgeous on any and all devices and being exceptionally safe.

I am responsible for all the front-end development of this marvelous new site, (as well as the sound effects) and now that we're finally in Open Beta, I want to share some of the designs with you, so you:
  • Learn more about this amazing site.
  • Know what I'm capable of.

Here's the collage that I made, displaying some of the features and design of the site. Of course, trying it out for yourself will show you much more! As they say: A picture is worth thousand words, then an interactive site is worth thousand images.

Check out the SatoshiCarnival topic on Bitcointalk Here

All right, that's enough about that. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM or reply right here in this topic.

I wish you all the best and hope to hear from you soon!

My logo designs of the day:

The Wasp Miner Logo Contest
Quote
This time I took the inspirations that have been given throughout the topic (as well as Bicknellski's National Geographic pics), and turned it into this:

#1

This wasp should look both cool and awesome, without scaring people away. It is holding a transaction block and is stinging right through it.

And an alternate version, without the cracks. After all, the Wasp Miner is actually protecting the block, not breaking it:
#2

And another version, using a slightly altered color scheme to make it more easy on the eyes:

Let me know what you think.  Wink

Here is a first entry for the Wasp Miner logo contest. I got a little carried away; the wasp might be a little too detailed for use on a logo.

A picture I made for the latest dip, which actually turned out in hindsight to not be that much of a bubble.

In the meantime I am also working on a few websites for some people. Unfortunately I cannot go into details. However, there still is some free room in my schedule. If you have a project that you need a web programmer for, I'm all ears!

Good luck with your service. You have a lot of competition on this forum.
That is very true. However, I believe that a bit of competition is healthy. And I am doing all I can to show my skills, which hopefully will persuade you to choose me for your projects.

Sounds like a cool service

Will definitely sound you out if I need any work done
Thank you! I look forward to it  Smiley.

W-M came to me when I posted on the forums here requiring some javascript work be done, after seeing his examples I was impressed but I was more impressed by the speed at which he came back to me with the library I required https://github.com/Qqwy/JS-CoinStackBar just shortly after an agreement was made. I would happily send any future work I have his way.

If anyone has questions regarding this please feel free to send me a personal message.

Hello there.

My name is W-M. I am a young web designer and developer.
You can find me at WMCode.nl

I have almost eight years of experience in developing web sites, bulletin board systems/forums, small JavaScript toys, as well as more advanced web applications and systems, including payment systems using Bitcoin.
I have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL and Ruby, as well as some less known scripting and programming languages, such as GLSL and SuperCollider. I also know how to make documents the proper way: using LaTeX.
I am also capable of designing and creating Logo's, Posters and Business Cards for you or your company. I create these using Vector-Art, which means that your logo will look just as nice and crisp on a mobile phone,a high-resolution flat screen and on a billboard.

I have worked on many projects on the past, freelance work for people or small companies who wanted to present themselves on the internet, as well as many hobby-projects to get a deeper understanding about all kinds of techniques involved with web design.

A short excerpt of recent projects:

  • SatoshiCarnival, A refreshing Bitcoin Casino. All site design, graphics and sound was done by me. satoshicarnival.co
  • New website for sculptor/painter Johanneke Dun: johannekedun.nl
  • Website for me as mucisian: wmmusic.nl
  • A free JavaScript plugin to add animated coin stacks to web pages: GitHub: JS-CoinStackBar
  • Website for game developer/comic artist Martine Chapuis: martinechapuis.net

If you want to know just how good I am at writing in JavaScript and other languages, you can also check out these geeky demos:

For more information and an up-to-date Portfolio, please check out my website:
 WMCode.nl

I love the Bitcoin concept. As I am still a student, I can offer to work for less than most competitors.

My prices are: 0.04 BTC per hour, which is approximatelly equal to 20 euro at current prices.
I will keep track exactly what I do in my time, so you won't get less than you pay for.
Because my long experience I am also fairly accurate about how much hours a certain task will take, so you won't get sudden surprises.
I have worked with very diverse people before, and know that good communication is very important. I am able to make fast mockups in Inkscape to ensure that you and I are thinking in the same direction.

If you have any questions or other queries, feel free to post them here or send me a Personal Message.

I look forward to working with you!

~W-M
