We registered your orders manually in our database. We've also manually completed all your pending orders a few minutes ago. Please check your LR account and confirm you received the funds.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have removed the captcha security system from our exchange form in order to check what is the problem with it. We have received a few complains from users regarding this captcha system but in almost all cases the problem was fixed after the user deleted the browser cache files. Sorry again for the delay and caused inconvenience and thank you for using our service.

We have received your BTC but no order was registered into our database so we had no information about who made the payment and for what for.
Today we received from you 3 tickets regarding the payment in question and we had to verify to make sure you are the real sender of the funds we received.
Just now we finished our checks and will complete your order in a few minutes. Once payment is done will post here and in ticket.

Last night I initiated a ***BTC > LRUSD exchange at wmXchange. All good in the past... This time when returning to the wmx form to submit and confirm payment AFTER the Bit-Pay transfer has been made, it is impossible to submit the form (LR account details, transaction ID, email contact) as it constantly returns that the capctha is entered incorrectly.

Obviously I opened a ticket, two actually and have PM'd them on this site... no response as of yet.

I just tried a 2BTC test transfer and had the same outcome. At this point I would suggest you use with caution as I can't see any reason why there should be this error - I am certainly **2BTC down and have had no response, or LR!!! I made Bit-Pay aware of the situation and they are kindly also trying to contact them.

I will post in the wmx thread on the main board when my newbie status is up. (I may have only just started posting but i've been here for a LOT longer than 4hours)
