Due to Bitcoin industry best practice when we receive a bitcoin payment we have to wait to get 6 confirmations from the network and a final confirmation from our payment processor before we can consider the payment as been received.
This is why it took a little more than 1 hour for your order to be completed. During this time we were in contact with you and explained you why your order was delayed.

Now that you successfully used our service and convinced yourself that we are legit, we hope you will continue to exchange with us.

@psy Thanks for the credit. For what it's worth: we only eat scammers Grin

I've used a few russian exchangers before, to exchange webmoney to Paypal, and none of them was what you can call fast. I suppose wmxchange also isn't. I suspect most orders are done by hand, by a human, you know.
If that's the case I would expect a 24hrs turnaround time, or something close to that, by my previous experiences with other exchangers.

Ok, maybe I am paranoid then. You see at first I thought they were tangiblecrypt, so I executed a large first exchange over $1000, but then I noticed my err and started doing research. I found their facebook page was locked to users posting, their website feedback looked a little fake etc. So I am a little paranoid right now. Hopefully everything is okay though, thanks for the confirmation.

wmxchange is an old exchanger. Just recently they started dealing with Bitcoin.
They've been in business since 2009, I don't think you'll have any problem. Unless you try to scam them. They're Russian, you know? I heard russians eat little babies at breakfast. Or was it the communists? lol
