LOL, look at Poloniex chart there're alot of coins which were premined, including ETH. First of all, at this stage of Cryptoworld's evolution PREmine means nothing...
The second, WAM cost 1 satoshi simultaneously(look at difficulty of the WAM network) somebody is spending expencive power of ASIC scrypt to mine(as you said) this shitcoin - strange, isn't it?!
