Did BCP and pokernuts redeem themselves?
After another conversation with the pokernuts support over the weekend I have recieved notification I can get the funds from a land agent located in a city next to me. Today I have recieved a phone call from the agent and we set up a meeting for tomorrow to recieve the funds. I assume this will turn out ok after all. Consider funds recieved if I don't post here again tomorrow or you don't hear about an awfull death in a card fincance transaction took place in the city of Ramat Gan.

I wouldn't play there. Once I waited for like over a week to get my payout and I'll never go to that site again. They don't even tell you what is going on and once more you need your ID ? No thanks !
I was just about to try their site to see how it is. Sad
But after hearing about delayed payouts and not telling you the need of identification before payouts can be made are kind of a shady service if you ask me. Undecided

lol every single non btc poker site has delayed payouts and they tell you you need to verify before cashing out most people just dont read the tos

well here's the fucked up story: Last Saturday I won $3800, since I deposited just 48 hours before, I had to wait another 24 hours to request a withdraw and I requested a withdraw on Sunday morning, on Monday I couldn't login to my account. Speaking with the support they said they moved me (and all Israeli players) to a different site under the same company - pokernuts.eu. During the week I spoke with support several times and they said my withdraw request was approved. Today I spoke with them again and they said it was rejected because of the transfer to the new site and the money will be in my account during the following week! The new site that they moved me to is still in beta stages I guess. Their withdraw isn't working yet and in any case they don't have withdraw to bitcoin, they don't even have a withdraw to someone that didn't make a deposit first. So now I don't have my money and when it gets to my account I can't withdraw it untill I deposit first. This is unheard of!!! I'm waiting for my funds to arrive, I'll deposit $20 and withdraw the all amount and will never play at black chip poker or pokernuts or any other venture this company have, ever again!

BE WARNED.

well being in the middle east was always a problem when it comes to gambling sites , but it's weird that they are delaying the withdrawal
they should pay you and then ask you to move to the new site
I play on ACR and I live in a nearby country , and all my withdrawals work fine
you should wait and keep trying with their support , cause there is nothing you can do

Waaau..

What this forum has become.. Only topics and posts for campaign spammers. Not a single member with something usefull to say. I can't belive that there is not a single post of a non spammer. Most of the spammers say that they never heard of the site but they post anyway.. Pitty...

Did my answer not address his question directly with good information led from experience?  I'm not even in a campaign. Sad

I think it has something to do with the liquidity of the funds, because most of these funds are stored in cold storage. It takes a little bit longer to sweep funds and moving it to a hot wallet for transfers. The amount is not that big, so I doubt that their house reserve for these small jackpots would be tied in cold storage.

Get back to us on this, I am curious about the outcome. ^smile^

The news are that I talked to support several times after my post, and it all comes down to today. They said I should be getting the funds today and if I don't I should contact them Friday morning. Will keep you updated but to be honest it looks like they are going to pay.

in my opinion because you had a huge winning and i think that's the cause your withdraw takes too long because they had check your account with very well to make sure you're not cheat and if this sites are legit you should not be worry because you will get your money soon

It doesn't have anything to do with the winnings.  It's money made off of other players, not off of BCP.

The only issue is that it's in Bitcoin and that they use a third party processor to handle the transactions.  During highly volatile days, they take a bit longer.

I also don't have any experience with that site and I heard first time about this, so that I think it can be take little more time to get paid because this amount is very huge, they need to verify your winning it is come with legit way or not, so if everything is okay than you'll get paid for sure.

Somehow withdrawing huge amount of $$ might take longer or even need to verify more in depth, but yea contacting the support and talk to them so they will make the process faster i suppose

@OP kindly exercise patience and dont let the negative words from your wife get to you. I will say you give the site a benefit of doubt but my concern is they always have issues in paying out large winnings but are quick to take such if reverse is the case. Hopefully, they will pay you and dont forget to update us for others to learn or to increase the credibility of the site... my 2 cents...

I never heard that site but i think you are not the one who experiencing it..  i saw some people here talking about delaying for payout when they are winning a large amount or sometimes if the price of bitcoin is increasing or decrease.. .
I think the only way that you can do right now is to wait if they will responce  to your message in few days give them 1 week.
If no responce better to start scam accusation about this site to notice everyone here in our forum..

don't worry , you will receive the funds soon if your account is ok , did you verify your account cause they won't let you withdraw till you verify your ID

Yes, my account is certified. Ok, so I just have to be patient, that's something I can do (if BTC won't start climbing again) Smiley

I've had many successful cashouts from BCP.

The problem is that during drops and rises, they usually take anywhere from 1-6 days.

You won't receive the value at cashout, but when they 'approve it', so it's still somewhat a guess on what value you actually will receive.

Thats good news, thank you. At the moment I don't mind them taking so long as when I requested the cashout BTC was 630, now it's 600 so I'm in the clear about that. I just don't want them unapproving this withdraw for this reason or the other and then I'll have to wait another few days untill next approve/disapprove. To be honest, I just want my money out of there or else I'll burn through all of it playing. I much rather trade it on LBC.

last withdraw I made was when btc started the up trend in the early 400ish , and it took 4 days because I made the withdrawal right before the weekend
but at the end I received the funds , and now btc seems going down for a week or so
so I think this is in your favor  Smiley

next time, dont play with huge amounts on any site. they may rip your money because they get greedy sometimes. thats just my opinion.

I didn't invest huge amount at all, I deposited about 0.4BTC (which was converted at a pretty much bad rate, I think probably $700-720 (when BTC was 650). The tourny it self costed $100 buyin. I finished 1st place so my winnings were big.

Yeah, I contact support several times. They tell me diffrent thing every time: It takes a week/it takes 24-48 hours/it takes 72 hours but the cashout departement doesn't work on weekends/it's been approved and will be sent soon/it's only pre-approved/you haver to secrify a goat and two chickens then the bitcoin will be released. I wouldn't worry too much as this is a legit site, running for a long time now, for a respected company (kind like pokerstars but way smaller player base) not some scamming site, but my wife frightened me Smiley

your withdrawal is taking too long to be processed. i think it is because of that much huge amount. i see that many people have such issues when they request a huge withdrawal amount from any gambling site. anyway did you atleast contact the support ? if not, do it now because only their support can help you in this issue. btw, i have never used or heard about that site personally. next time, dont play with huge amounts on any site. they may rip your money because they get greedy sometimes. thats just my opinion.

Sent a bitcoin withdraw request 50 hours ago and they still haven't released my funds. Alltough that came out actually good, as the BTC dropped 10% and the withdraw is in the price when they release, I'm still worried. My wife think they will not release the funds for this reason or the other, she think it's a one way street.

have anyone had any success withdrawing funds from black chip? or should i be worried?
