To be honest this is just a general knowledge and some of this were also being practice in my country, so like being on time in the US. and Canada, being well-educated, knowledgeable about crypto finance or blockchain tech, and exhibiting a strong work ethic can greatly increase your chances of succeeding, especially New York and LA which is very big cities. Unlike to Europe, you need to count high competition and many high profile of skilled workers, it will make it quite hard to give a distinguishing feature and hard to stand out due a little recognitions too. So in addition and I knew someone too and he shared that skilled workers in Europe face easier-to-find roles with lower costs and a better work culture, plus he added that it's very attractive to either set up a business or even invest in corporate and government bonds. So if I were to compare this, the choice of location would depend on your personal skills, career goals, and the type of work environment you are looking for and you think suits you the best.

What a strange perception to have, you think these are two alien cultures? Because they are not - they have very similar expectations when it comes to work. There are bound to be some differences between the two however, like most Europeans are used to having 28-35 days+ holiday in their year, but from what I see that is a very high amount for the average American worker to reach. America is definitely not a low competition area, especially in the hyper competitive locations like New York. If you're looking to enter a new country that will appreciate educated workers then potentially look at somewhere like Australia that is really chasing skilled workers right now for all kinds of jobs.

This isn't 90's, did you came into such conclusion that people are getting paid just for showing off at right time from any movie or what?

Competition is everywhere, if you really want to know then why not compare other countries, let's say Japan for example where people are compelled to do extra hours but doesn't get paid but you know what those employees think that it should be like too so it's just a normal, they keep on working and avg sleeping hours maybe around 5-6 hours.

I'm not to say that Canada or USA is best for everyone in research of their Greener pastures because if we posseses the potentials such as skills of providing the need of the people in the societies, you'll become rich because the people would patronize your good works.
However, I've got relatives in Canada and the USA who're prettily doing financially well, they said that the trick to survive and be rich in the environs is to be skillful with a high degree of knowledgeability because you'd be rated by what you're possible to do in rendering solutions to the people.
I also learnt about someone who returned back home from Canada to acquire some skills and then goes back because he was not being regarded as a hustler to be engaged to work and earn like a foreigner who left home to make money abroad.
That's literally to say your ticket to make good earnings in the above is your skills towards what you can offer and how soluble you're to the society.
Funny for those who're not investing in their selves because such Canda and USA would suffocate you if you're not skilfully equiped before batching into any of them in search of greener pastures.

USA and canada my friend went in there and have a lot friends he from Europe.
So it's easy to make success in USA specially there is not much competation.
He said in USA and canada it depends area but ...in new York or los Angeles ... You will be successful person If you show up at work right time ,you don't act weird,you are more educated then average people you know little bit about crypto and investing then you are good to have very successful Life in usa and you are fit to work and you can solve problems by your own at work.
Normal is in USA and canada: to not show up right time, not reliable or responsibility.
If we compared Europe and eastern europe with usa and canada then person who can do Independently work in Europe can be supervisor in USA.
Person who can find just Job in USA will never get the Job most of the places in Europe.
So If you have some skills don't work in Europe never because your skills not and good work Ethicks not valued because everybody has skills and good work mindset If you are with any skills and can work like mature person with good work attitude then you should go asap to usa or canada.
So don't waste your time or efforst in europe where skills and right working mentality not valued you live way better life in USA !


When we look at bigger pictuere then you are good as bad are others If too many smart educated and with good skilled people with relatively hard life experinces in past or currently then everybody is so tough and strong and smart and will do a lot for too less money so If you want to be successful you better be in place where less competation otherwise you end doing even your company ceo work with small money.
Europe a lot european countries are perfect place to set up company or invest in business becouse you get there easy to hire with low money people quite skilled and and good work culture.
In the banking and financial terms it means If working culture is good and competation is good then it's good country to invest in corporate or goverment bonds because Banks want to lend money to this region because things will get done and business is booming.
Off course Europe region is only good for people who own business there and have money the average worker should better do it in usa or canada.
