World leaders are the leaders that are in concern everywhere that money comes out from and about you because they don't see you so with value because you are a common man. They are only after their ambition and act in disguise as if they are fighting for you, whereas it is a lie.
I don't know why politicians are like this everywhere or is it that we have more of bad and self-centered people in the world, because I don't see why most politicians are the same.

Indeed, most world leaders don't give a shit about what people think.
They only care of where the money is and about securing power and their own status quo. Very few state leaders care the least bit about what their people think.
Funnily enough, leaders of countries our own media often paints as the worst have countries actually more democratic than ours. Come to think of it, Cuba who we hear some of the most heinous propaganda against to this day, have a much more democratic system than most if not all western countries. Same goes for many countries we hear a lot of propaganda about.
But here's the thing. If we, the majority, wanted to make world leaders bow to our demands, we certainly could. We are the gears that turn the machine, the workers that make things move and the whole economy function. If we decide to shut it down, they get nothing, their money is worthless. It's all in our hands. The real question is not if, but when. It'll take a lot of organization but it will eventually happen once we get together.

World leaders don't care about what you think or what you do; that's a valid perspective to raise for everyone to be more aware that most of our leaders don't make decisions based on collective interest. Instead, it's an individual interest for them(their families and them).

World leaders often prioritise their political agendas, economic interests & lobbyist influences over public opinion. They may feel protected by their power & resources leading to a disconnect with everyday citizens. The complexities of governance can make it challenging to address all constituents' concerns. Leaders may prioritise decisions that align with their strategic goals, overlooking the voices of regular people.

There are actually good people in the governance but the fact is that the political system is corrupted where the good leaders are being overshadowed by the bad once by the bad once who do not give them of the people and it is really damn unfortunate that the people could not separate the sheeps from the goats just as the OP has generalized it that every leaders are Irresponsible to their public duty calls.I'm a world leader, and I care what I think and want.
In the midst of my circle, there are careless people who only think for themselves but I am hearted who has everyone's burdens within me so then, I am one of a compassionate leader to say... Not every leaders are bad and careless as though.
People complain that the leaders don't care but these same leaders were elected by the people. The people have always had the opportunity to select good leaders with good intentions and high integrity yet they end up doing the wrong thing all the time by selling their votes for cash and other cheap benefits.
If the people want the government to really care, then they should live honest lives devoid of fraudulent practices so they can boldly act as watchdogs in government and call the leaders out whenever they are doing the wrong things instead of working for the same people that don't care about them.
It takes quite alot of responsibilities from both sides to really enjoy the benefits of governance.
Sad but true, but still there are politicians who work for betterment of people (very few though). Majority of leaders are corrupt and self obsessed wherein they are busy amassing wealth in which even their next ten generations can love a luxury life without earning and then there are some industrialists who have given it back to the people and community and made things affordable for people.
It's a mix of both good and bad but atleast we have seen new generation drifting away from dirty politics and classification of people as elite or poor. It's old greedy people who are pain in wrong place. Young leaders don't have oppressive mindset.

In order to change something you can riot and protest but you only will mess up your own surroundings.
For some people, their surrounding is messed up already that not doing anything allows just for more destruction in their life and/or surroundings. People who protest literally have nothing else to lose but so much to gain. They are just fighting for their rights after all. It is good to fight for your rights and freedoms but sometimes people have to fight a fight that nothing will affect their life, protesting against some rich people or the government is like wasting time and energy because you can use that energy to solve problems that you have, people who protect lose their lives because the government have power to control them and when they cross the line the government give the order to the force to take the action and we all know that it is going to affect lives of the people.
Protest this day is like messing up your surroundings because it going to affect your environment most especially people that live in your surroundings, I know we have the right to protest but sometimes when the protest is getting out of hand and it is not going the way they want it is going to cause a lot of problems, some people don’t do protest for the sake of the change they did it to use the opportunity to do another thing and that is why sometimes we need to be careful about our actions.

That's why revolution from other countries especially the poor ones are being funded by huge organizations. You can't change the regime of a country if you're just someone small and will voice out what you want to happen. It's not that as easy as it may see to be but it really requires a huge change, and money if someone wants an utterly change form of government. But are we still going to think about that if majority of us are thinking on how to survive daily?

For some people, their surrounding is messed up already that not doing anything allows just for more destruction in their life and/or surroundings. If we don't speak up over discrimination we will forever be under someone else's cruel authority and if you don't see that then it is obvious that you are just privileged enough.
