They directed world the way that they tought uneducated poor countries people will be good to use as productive people.
It was wrong now they realised it's better to make people poor who got previous business experince they are educated and got allready strong working ethics and they allready got many useful skills wich makes them productive.
That's way better plan then dealing with uneducated uncivilized migrants or with poor regions for there they just bring wars the productive slaves will be the RICH ones who just not so rich that they have enough power and rights to refuse. (Kind of Far right political leadership will help them accomplish this because it will be more strickt direction and less democratic ideas ) - we go over 10 years of crisis economy goverment takes more control or some bigger hedge funds and small business owners will just work for them - If UK eu and USA all together follow this path then we get very productive society -
