Some country leaders want to make a lot money in their pockets together with their overseas friends or dirty kind of business partners too so they create country together and country leaders borrow money and transfer out from backdoor this money country collapse and leaders made profits so they can repeat the process or choose another country for this profit making operations those leaders will be as just PROXY the people Will blame on them but they are just puppets money is allready gone and country is crashing and people just victims those kind of schemes been happening many times in many countries that's all part of the scams it's happening in the world.
Do not forget that foreign scheme creators and main leaders can also kill the actual leader of the PROXY countries because HE/SHE knows too much and foreign actual authors of scheme don't want their well known reputation and true actions will be revelead to the world so often they do organize assasanations of their own puppets
that's why you see a lot killings or murders of destabilized countries because lower RANK PROXY countries puppets might be eliminated or sent to be jail to undermine their reputation so in this case nobody don't belive what they say its all not always same but FOREIGN authors of this just want to make sure nothing leads to them so they can still look good and look like well known leaders or some corporate ceo-s ,everbody can do everything in this world as long as they look nice and as good persons in public view what they do in sectetly don't matter as long as they have nice good looking reputation and they are like some business enterprises looking very legit and so nice but in secret they got very dirty and dark actions:) but o boy in public they can smile nice and they wear nice suits and they go to church and they talk about religions
