I stay at these questions/problems long enough. I think I finally found the equations and probably the solutions to this mathematical puzzle the Humanity's Sickness and Problem.

Where we humans are mostly rich and abundant harvest on foods and almost everything. Where we can cure any sickness like cancers and stubborn viruses. We literally just lived long like immortals cause of the migration of thought theory from these hybrids technologies and discoveries.
Control of Population
Expanding to a new star and colonizing Planets is our best option. No holocaust and purge will be done. Since we are relying on Peace for this to happen.
Rebellions
These rebels should not be harmed we can Warp teleport them to any Mass Prison Planet.
Mass Chipping
A chip will be included in the new world to track humanity's fate. A safe Quantum psychopass that will trace your evil actions like killing and so on, In this way, we can hunt criminals fast, repair and patch their memory so that they can't be bugged with killing intentions to other humans. Other normal activities of human-like mating to produce an offspring are good and won't be added on the meter list of the psychopass. In this way, we can secure humanities.
Leader will be Quantum A.I / H.I
You may ask what if the good leader dies out. If viable we can use my theory to migrate/revive them to transfer them on a new mechanical shell or if they prefer feelings then from their own DNA and clone. They are still the same as their old selves a Human and still intact past memory. We just reverse-engineered the process of the loop. The loop is where the flesh dies and the energy particles or you may call soul is escaping the dead matter and trying to find a new shell/fetus to be reborn again thus I named it a loop.
Security of Humanity
We know chaos arises if there is no Order. So we will establish a Specialize Security from Quantum AI robots. This won't harm humans but they can capture weird evil humans for so that we can fix their bugged memory. It won't hurt at all it's not invasive either. The procedure is still humane. We just maintain Just order to avoid chaos itself.
What's hardcoded is hardcoded
We won't alter any human's memory for gain or manipulation using it for evil acts. We follow strict rules not to harm any humans. And if necessarily the leaders can be thrown to prison when caught on the act by the Quantum AI Security.
