Somebody else suggested resetting the blockchain in Multibit, that worked.

Firstly check the address, if this is correct email BTC-e and hopefully you should get a response.

If you withdrew to the correct address with 69 confirmations, you should have the coins. You probably withdrew to the wrong address.

Sometimes there are being big delays with the withdrawals.You can send them a ticket if you want.

Hi guys,
around 8 hours ago I withdrew some btc from btc-e
It shows with 69 confirmations on the blockchain at the moment
but is not yet in my wallet..
I'm sure I am just being overly paranoid, but is this usual?

Fixed.
Any other newbies having this same issue, if you are using Multibit (no idea about other wallet software) try to reset your blockchain, that fixed it for me.
