About 3 seconds, I'm an engineer and that is a very easy calculation to do.
Just substitute all x's with a 0 and since arctan 0 is 0 you can leave out that part of the equation and you'll only be left with the 2.

It's usually just easier to refresh until you find one that is easily solvable than wait for the audio version. Mind, sometimes you get a string of them that are absolutely unreadable.
I wonder how they will evolve captchas in the future, with the increasing complexity of bot solving abilities should be interesting.

CAPTCHAs that do not require keyboard input are the best for user-experience I find. No need to fumble over the keyboard, especially when you're on a mobile device. The image ones serve a great purpose then.

I se4nt SolveMedia some messages (angry) about the captcha when it was little more than a smuged painting lookalike, or scroll that a little kid would do. I coulnt solve those. Next day: Results, as in readable captchas.

Simpler alternatives do something like cycle through (or non-obscure) questions relevant to the content of the particular service, but this only works if they're really obscure and not worth spammers' time to figure out and create a table for. Easier-for-human stereoscopic text images may also be effective (interestingly, you can unfocus your eyes if you don't have stereoscopic glasses and still be able to see in 3D), but that's one of those security-through-obscurity things, too.

Yup - I tried out a few doge faucets for shits and giggles recently. The CAPTCHAs that I came across were ones that were solvable using a mouse. Was a much more pleasant experience, not having to deviate to the keyboard to try and solve some insanely unreadable print.

Sometimes while filling captcha if i use Num keypad it returns an error but if i type the same number with keys below function keys they accept it , don't know what the reason is anyone else faced it . This doesn't not happen in all the sites but only few.
Chinese or russian captchas are the worst of all to be solved, when I see that fonts I reload quickly the script, they should be cancelled somehow.

You would probably only need to enter robsco on that CAPTCHA. On those particular ones I only enter one word - a bit cheeky but does the trick.
As for the CAPTCHA in the OP, that is shocking but I would attempt with ZGVIGO rather than refresh.

Yeah, it doesn't need to be perfect if you are using reCAPTCHAThat's not it. reCAPTCHA serves up 2 words, but only 1 of them is actually the test word. The other one is just from a scanned book that could not be OCR'd, or a house number on Google Maps. You can actually enter anything you want for the word that isn't the test word, and you'll get it right.
Usually, I just omit the unnecessary word, which is much faster.
