I got a account on CEX.IO, and a huge experience on the subject. But CEX.IO or local(pool) mining, which is the worth investing right now, getting close to 2015.

IT might be worth it now, as cloudmining in a reputed company can get you returns in 5-6 months.
But halvin should happen soon, after which it would be hard to say so.
