How would you value used bitcoin atms being resold as new and as used?

E.G. for used typical hardware the price is reduced by half (not gpus or miners).
From what I've seen so far, the used ones "normally" go for 10 to 15% cheaper than the brand-new ones, but having said that, I've also seen certain used models have/had a higher price than the brand-new ones [it probably has something to do with shortages and shipping delays]!~Snipped~
