well boosting a karma is same as boost a rep, it's will be a worse if people use it for a crime/scam. and i'm sure this is against the terms.

I don't really see how someone is going to use a reddit account for scamming purposes and how the age of the account or karma would affect it. I know some people would buy those accounts but not for scamming.

I don't think I've ever checked a Reddit account's pedigree in my entire time on there. There's just too much noise. I guess it might count for something in certain subs. Have accounts sold on here? If so, for how much?

If I am not mistaken boosting karma like that in a sudden way is against their TOS. Btw, can you will explain to me what is the advantage of using an old reddit account? I've seen a lot of people somewhere looking for old accounts. I don't know what is the difference if it is a new account.

Can you first tell me why would someone be interested in buying reddit account? Can we resell it at higher price or old reddit accounts can be use for some other purpose which benefits us?
