First of all, I feel anything can happen in the crypto sphere so no one exactly knows whether he did this or not, if you got any clue about it then search for it and decode it, the bitcoins will be yours.

The old members of the forum are too smart and won't leave any chance to get something like this if they even get the slightest of doubt that Satoshi hid puzzles which we can see from the participation when a puzzle starts here.

The question is, whether you would do something like a treasure hunt if you were the Satoshi..?
Dorian was a clever individual and also had a sense of humor so I would not doubt he has some bitcoin hidden away and to unlock a private key at some set date or maybe even at some price once it gets to its target.
He has been known to put code and hidden messages in things on the blockchain in the past.
So who knows until they have been revealed for all who has the opportunity to try their luck and to revel in it when it does happen.

Even if he did that will take some time before you even decode some of it and worth noting is that Satoshi was an enigmatic one and hiding some private keys here will be enigmatic too. It's interesting to find out but I doubt there is or it will be that easy.

Check out this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/satoshis-early-mined-coins-the-message-left-in-the-blockchain-5313377:

I don’t think so, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are no bitcoin’s hidden on this forum. You’ll just have to do what everybody else does, work hard in a real life job & buy them with the money you earn.
It could have been a good idea to make the community more engaged in the forum to be fair. It is not too late to have that kind of thing to happen in this forum though, maybe select users that share the love of this forum and puzzles could pool their own Easter egg hunt in this forum. Sometimes we need to take a break from doing mundane things even if they are a necessity.

You mean some sort of puzzle? There are plenty of puzzle created that got some private key hidden but whether or not satosh nakamoto hide some private key in forum or something else none of us could really answer that, but tbh maybe there is, but we don't know that it exist because it hasn't  discovered yet or there's nothing like that at all.

That will mean he has another hidden account other than the one everyone knows about here in forum according to your theory, that could be something to pounder about, although in my thinking probably satoshi is still part of this forum with another account operating anonymously without drawing attention, just watching and reading what the forum members has to say about his creation, just a thought  Smiley

Private key should be stored safely and in secret. Offline is a must to get good safety. Do you think the creator of bitcoin does not know what is the best to secure his bitcoin's private key when he coded it, launched the bitcoin network years ago?

Be your own bank with your private key is the slogan of bitcoin. He would have never put his belief on any online services, forums to store his private keys.

Satoshi devoted his time to create bitcoin, which involves a lot of technical details. So this is the last thing he will do, to hide easter egg for someone in the future to discover. And it's already 10 years, so by know with all eyes on bitcoin and mind you, there are a lot of cryptographic experts around, by now they should have found if if ever this is one hiding in our plan sight. And yes, this is a stupid idea, and I highly doubt that it even cross Satoshi's intellectual mind.

There are some pretty amazing people on this forum, with loads of knowledge on Cryptography and Crypto currencies. These people would have seen a pattern or something linked to Crypto currencies and they would have deciphered it already.   Wink

You can see them at work, when there are a Bitcoin Puzzle challenge on this forum... it is actually amazing to see how they work together to solve those puzzles.  Wink

The hunt to identify Satoshi Nakamoto would also have uncovered possible hidden "Private Keys" ....because many people are trying to do that to get to his coins.  Roll Eyes

Of course, everything can be in the crypto world, especially since it would be an additional strong bitcoin hype, and again the company would have hyped on this topic all over the Internet.
But, of course, fairy tales, but you can of course dream, you can even look for keys on the forum if there is nothing to do Cheesy ...

It's very unlikely. If he intended to hide some private keys with Bitcoin in it and he wants the community to find it, then he should have hinted that there's some. So far there's no evidence or at least some clues about this and most of his post are about Bitcoin development.

That would be an utterly stupid thing to do for someone that smart to actually invent Bitcoin and still remain anonymous after more than a full decade; assuming that it's possible to upload a keystore file to Bitcointalk and actually remain hidden.

Unfortunately, I don't think that Satoshi will do that. Yes he wanted to spread his invention, but not in this way. And we all know that after 10 years his creation was already successful, as more and more people globally is into it.

This is good as another conspiracy though, but it doesn't have any weight on it.  Smiley

Like some weird treasure hunt? That's very unlikely in my opinion. He is a very secretive guy who wouldn't do anything that could blow off his cover. I know private keys wouldn't have any way of leading us into Satoshi but internet sleuths may find loopholes in posts, comments, and accounts that are confirmed to be from Satoshi himself.

If you have the slightest inclination that Satoshi hid the private keys anywhere in the forum in the form of a puzzle you can start digging them and hopefully you will make a fortune if he ever did that because when he was active the price of bitcoin was not that huge and he might be holding hundreds of coins for the game if he ever conducted any puzzle Grin.

Satoshi may not even be a real person. It could even be a team of multiple people. Many believe that Satoshi was an English chap based on his Bitcointalk posts and the little nuances in his posts. Honestly, nobody really knows for sure, perhaps Gavin Andresen? Hell, there's even rumor that a Satoshi is an A.I quantum computer (if your into conspiracies).
The scariest part about Nakamoto is this, in a world of increasing selfishness and vanity, Satoshi chose to be altruistic and hasn't touched a single coin from his wallet. Now that's some scary shit!

Are you in search of it?

Forget about it.

Satoshi didn't leave any trace regards to private keys or his bitcoins that he has. If there is some hint, you're already late on it but don't worry, there's no clue.

search. You can find some indexed in search engines that got stolen already by other people, that doesn't mean it won't happen again in the future.
