Simply put, MtGox would lose their assets (which happen to be only intangibles, ie, domain name and userlist, as they don't have any valuable technology or anything else of value). So practically speaking it would be the end of MtFatass' employment.
Seems like a power grab to me......
Any Thoughts what Coin Labs would do if they won a large settlement from their suit against Mt. Gox? I'm assuming they would open up their own exchange that would quite possibly make them the new de facto Exchange people use. How would you feel about that if Mt Gox. collapsed and Coinlabs took it's place.
