That's depending in the discount rate and in how much altcoins i have..

But if it's enough i could likely buy with altcoins no problem for me

It depends on the liqudity of the altcoin. The altcoin will most likely be illiquid when this happens. It is very easy to transfer an altcoin to any exchange, why would someone sell to you rather to any exchange at the market price? The answer will be low liquidity for the coin.

Depending on the Altcoin I would be pretty much inerested in buying it with a nice discount. If I could get some LTC and ETH at less 30% I would imediately buy them

Yes, if I can get good discount, then why not to buy with altcoins ? BTC/Altcoin instant exchanges works quite good  Grin

In Cryptocoins I Trust
If only I get the discount, then sure because I can just sell it at a profit.

If everyone can get the discount, then no because that will be built into the price already.

No because it would make me think that there is something fishy about the coin. I would assume that the one giving me the discount probably has a stockpile of coins, or has a plan to be able to get rich quick. I mean come on, that's what a lot of these coins are about, and it's sad.

I suppose that's a valid way of looking at it. But I could also see this as a kind of branding thing where, say, if somebody sold science hobby kits for children, they could offer 15% off for people who want to pay with Orbitcoin. It doesn't matter if they dump the Orbitcoin right away, whatever, they're just tying in with Orbitcoin and its stated purpose of supporting science for a cute little promo.

No to all.  Unless the altcoin has good volume making it easy to do a market sell.  Else, you get trapped.
