Seems like a project that would fall through any time between the initial idea till the final execution because of all the uncertainties involved. Given that this is done after gaining consent from the people who will be streamed live, there wouldn't but users sitting their ass watching other peoples' live 24x7 as it would totally pointless after some time.
Also, I'm sure there was a similar project like this that didn't go well enough so this wouldn't be the first of a kind idea...

I wouldn't invest in such a thing because one, it sounds so invasive if the people are not aware they are being streamed, or two, it could just be another reality tv show and I am not interested in those.

Yeah! Many people want this kind of sites. Because of most of live streams were paid via credit card and paypal, why not to make a payment in crypto? There were many who wants to view this kind of streaming but don't have a credit cards so this will bosst their costumers.
To the investors, this will give you a nice profits. If I have the money. I would personally invest in this kind of ICO also.

Well, it sounds good then. I'm sure it will succeed. Just have a nice marketing in terms of advertising your platform, as much as possible try to make it as a catchable for the viewers, like for example have teaser and a well written whitepaper.
