Transactions are irreversible. If you don't have the keys for the wallet you sent them to, they are gone forever.

They are where you sent them.
Whether they are "gone" or not depends on whether you have access to the location that you sent them to, or whether someone else that has access to that location would be willing to send them back.
I send my bitcoin to the wrong adres. The transaction is confirmed. Are my btc gone?
