i open the explorer to verify the output, all coins gone Balance: 0 LTC
is there anything i can do to get my coins back!

Forget about your money. The hacker will not even read your claims. But it's important for you to realise how this did happen and how the haker got access to your electrum info.
Does there a relation between your exchange deposit address and the hacker address?
