That's ridiculous. The fees alone make it unreasonable, not to mention the effort and small return. Try sweetening the deal and you may get some bites. But you're a noob looking to deal with a reversible payment method. Not likely you're going to get anything but negative trust.
Just need .0002 for .60 cents paypal. I can send first through friend and family on paypal.
