Please either 1) Use a trusted escrow (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcointalks-escrow-providers-ranking-blacklist-avoid-scam-276897), or 2) Only trade with someone with green trust. Otherwise your chances of getting scammed are exponentially higher.
