I'm willing to pay that much because I know how much people hate Paypal. I would pay with someone else but Paypal is the only thing I have set up right now. I might not even need this now if my payouts from a group buy come through.
Seems very unusual... you're paying a price which will be very tempting to many people since its above the "forum market rate". In turn it makes it seem more suspicious to me! Buyers beware PP is reversible.
