Bump. Someone tells me I should send the money first, then they will send me the BTC. They say if they don't send the BTC I can do a chargeback on Paypal. Is this true, or is it a scam to get me to send the paypal money first? Thanks, first time doing this.
Just use escrow. Paypal is not always reversable and even when it is, it will take time to get those funds back. Whoever told you that is probably hoping you will send first and disappear.

I'm verified. I'll buy .09 BTC for $50. You can probably tell from my posts I'm just a regular person. I guess PM is the best way? Thanks
