Who is truongs? I noticed they did business with Melds39, who is a known scammer from Reddit.

Might want to use local bitcoins but even their is very risky using paypal. Just use bank or a place like okpay or perfect money as Paypal is way to risky as charge backs often happen and often also lead to accounts being suspended if PayPal see that its Bitcoin related and highly unlikely ulll get your funds back too.
