If you have a legit us bank account, just use coinbase. By far the simplest and most secure way to buy and sell at the moment. They have a member level system with probation periods, but it's not that bad. I think it's a 4 day wait with the first purchase (i've only sold there). Alot easier than the nonsense here.

Problem is, you can get your money back from PayPal which means a loss for the seller / person who handles the escrow.
Nobody (with a decent brain) will sell you BTC using PayPal.
