I need some BTC that's as anonymous as possible and I don't want my person associated with a tumbler, so thus via Paypal and especially via an exchange won't work. I realize this might sound a little sketchy even though it's perfectly legal, so I'll be sending you the cash upfront and then you can have up to 10 days to go ahead and spend it or whatever before paying if you're worried about the legitimacy of the fiat currency. If you prove to be reliable I'll be buying more routinely to cover my monthly hosting bill. You must have a US mailing address.
If you're wondering what I'm doing with this money - I'm a journalist covering sensitive issues and want to dissociate my person with the activity in every possible way to protect my anonymity. But these days Twitter, Facebook, etc. all require a phone number to get an account, which only a fool would offer, so I just need a few mBTC so I can buy a handful of these accounts. Also, I need to register a domain and pay the first month of a web hosting plan for a blog that I'm launching.
