Yes friends and family is still reversible which is why several people refuse to trade with people with low reputation but $10 per transaction is a reasonable amount to do I'm sure you will find someone to exchange with.

Not many people here will go for a reversabile way of payment especially a transaction of this size I could suggest to you to break it down into several smaller sizes.
