Even if someone want to take the risk/lost time, bitstamp +3% for PayPal is pretty low.
I wish to purchase 1.1 BTC with my paypal at +3% above current Bitstamp rate. I am Cex.io eBay seller and my instant coinbase source for BTC is low at the moment. I have sold a large transaction for Gh's and need more BTC to cover the amount. I will send as gift and cover the paypal fees to save us all a headache.
I know my reputation on bitcoin talk is non existent, but I do wish to start building one. I will jump through any hoops for verification, escrow, ebay, paypal, identification, skype, text message.
